Returns
We don’t take returns and or do refunds on printed materials such as paper patterns, kits, clearance, and items that could be photocopied or duplicated. Patterns are not for copying and distribution by others. Please respect the designer’s copyrights.
To be eligible for a return, the physical item must be unused and in the same condition that was received in. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the digital nature of our PDF products, we are unable to return PDF patterns once purchased, along with Gift cards. The only exception to this would be a duplicate purchase, where we will be happy to either refund or exchange the duplicated purchase.
Postage for return item shipping is to be paid for by the buyer if approved by the seller. Return shipping paid by the seller will be decided on a case by case basis if there are other reasons for returns. Sometimes we make mistakes… if you receive the wrong item, let us know so we can look into it and make it right. Please contact us with details
